Maree, along with her husband Michael, are the owners of Maree Hynes Interiors Ltd. With over 25 years’ experience in the interior design industry Maree has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of her business. She fills her day with client consultations either in store or in your home, to create a personally tailored look for your interior. She has a huge talent for achieving a complete look from colours, curtains, wall paper furniture, through to a final room dressing with cushions, throws and other accessories.
Senior sales and interior consultant
You will mainly find Taryn in our gift shop but she is branching out more into interior design much to our delight. She has attained an extensive knowledge of paint and wallpapers through many years working in this field which means she can answer most of your questions. Taryn also plays a very big part in buying of product and as she has a passion for design and style which is a massive bonus to the store. Our beautiful displays are usually the product of Taryn’s creative flair with the help of Ella. Taryn is going to be seen more on the consulting side of the business much to the pleasure of our customers.

Retail assistant, Advertising and marketing
It is Ella’s lovely smile that you will usually be greeted with when you walk into our shop. Her happy face and very pleasant demeanour are a huge asset to our team. She has a great eye for colour and style and helps Taryn to arrange our shop and window displays to make our product look all the more appealing. Back up for consulting has been a big learning experience but she has risen to this task with enormous effect. Ella has taken over the huge responsibility of advertising and marketing doing such a great job that we wonder what other talents have laid dormant within her until now.
Office and Administration
Linda is responsible for the smooth running of our office and accounts. She fights the paper trail that is always involved in a business and generally wins! Usually the first person you will speak to when you ring us, she will welcome you and pass you on to the relevant staff member. Linda deals with all debtors, creditors, payroll etc and liases with suppliers and contractors when required. As with all of our staff she is also back up for sales and always looks forward to dealing with our lovely customers.
Inwards goods and Retail assistant
Jill takes on many roles here at Maree Hynes Interiors and has become a very important asset to our team. Amongst other task Jill is in charge of our inwards goods. Organising the fabrics and freight that arrives daily is part of her routine. Her great organisation skills helps keep our other areas running smoothly. When Jill is not in the store room she will often be the friendly face that greets you at the counter. She is always happy to help our valued customers with her ever growing knowledge. Jill’s wonderful demeanour makes her a favourite amongst customers and staff alike.
